How does the free trial work?
Sign in and run Mason on up to four plans a month, no card required. Free users only receive Fire and Life Safety checks (CRC Ch. 3).
What counts as a single plan?
One permit set is one plan, no matter how many pages or sheets it contains. Resubmissions of the same project count as a new plan.
Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes. The first thirty days of any paid plan are fully refundable. Cancel inside that window and we return the money in full.
Are there long term contracts?
No. Paid plans are billed month to month. You can cancel any time from the account settings.
How many reviewers can use one account?
You can share accounts, but we recommend separate accounts so you can assign different plans to different users. As part of onboarding, we'll ensure this integrates with your existing workflow for assigning plans as closely as possible.
Do you offer training and onboarding?
Enterprise plans include a guided onboarding for your team and a shared Slack or Teams channel with the Mason team. Free Trial users get a written quickstart and email support.
